Important Information

• Please note that Carnival Cinemas and Ctrl V are 2 separate companies. If you are wanting information on Virtual Reality birthday parties, please click the “Inquire Now” button under The VR Package
• Two weeks notice is required to book a Movie Party (this includes Combo Parties) – the $50 deposit must be paid at least two weeks in advance.  Party bookings are subject to availability.
• The birthday party capacity is 25 people. This includes all adults and children.
• The birthday party rental rate is $50 (1 hour for Movie Parties, 50 minutes Combo parties) – note that your hour includes all setup and clean up.  If you would like to come in early to decorate or set up a surcharge will apply.
• The party guests will be held responsible for any vandalism or damage
• The party guests are responsible for bringing all cutlery, paper products, cake cutting knife etc.
• The party guests will have access to a freezer for ice cream cakes if needed
• The party guests will not be able to store their belongings in the party room before or after the booking
• Please note that candles, sparklers, helium balloons, piñatas, and tape on the walls in the party room or the auditoriums are not permitted
• Cancellation policy: with 48 hours notice, deposits are fully refundable
• Please note that we are CASH ONLY until further notice
