Important Information

• Two weeks notice is required to book a Movie Party – the $50 deposit must be paid at least two weeks in advance.  Party bookings are subject to availability.
• The party room capacity is 15 people (due to COVID-19 Restrictions).  This includes all adults and children.
• The party room is located on the second floor and at this time there is no elevator access.
• The party room rental rate is $50 (1 hour for Movie Parties, 50 minutes for VR and Combo parties) – note that your hour includes all setup and clean up.  If you would like to come in early to decorate or set up a surcharge will apply.
• The party room guests will be held responsible for any vandalism or damage
• The party room guests are responsible for bringing all cutlery, paper products, cake cutting knife etc.
• The party room guests will have access to a freezer for ice cream cakes if needed
• The party room guests will not be able to store their belongings in the party room before or after the booking
• Please note that candles, sparklers, helium balloons, piñatas, and tape on the walls in the party room or the auditoriums are not permitted
• Cancellation policy: with 48 hours notice, deposits are fully refundable
